Why don't you answer questions and offer free customer service for other financial services firms that are completely unrelated to you?

When contacting client services, the representative assisting you may be an employee of IB or an affiliate acting on behalf of the entity in which you hold your account. (For example, a Place Trade client whose brokerage account is cleared through IBLLC may call the US service desk and be assisted by a representative of IBHK (in Hong Kong) providing service on behalf of IBLLC).
  2. Client Services/customer support is not available on Saturday. Full-service clients may call their Wealth Management line for assistance on Saturdays.
  3. Please note that toll-free numbers may not be available in all locations. In the event you are unable to reach us using the toll-free numbers listed above, please utilize the direct dial number.
